If you prefer we can come to you, holding training sessions in your own offices or an alternative location.

Training costs can quickly rise when one or more individuals are sent to a remote location to attend a training course. It is often tempting to allow employees to learn through trial and error, but this is also a waste of time and money. A simple solution to such a logistical problem is the Rockwell Automation on-site training services.

On-site training can work in a typical classroom environment or one-on-one on the plant floor. Certain factors will dictate whether classroom or on-the-job training is best, such as the number of students, current skill levels, and desired skill levels.

Rockwell Automation will provide the equipment, trainer and learning materials to be onsite by first thing on the first day of training. Depending on the complexity of the course and the layout of the classroom and facilities it may take a number of hours to prepare to deliver the course. In order for a course to be delivered on site, there are certain base requirements than need to be in place, with regard to logistics and Facilities.
