A BTec Intermediate award (Level 2 - £60 fee applicable) is available on all PLC, SLC, and ControlLogix maintenance courses. The BTec Advanced Award (Level 3 - £75 fee applicable) is available on all PLC, SLC & ControlLogix programming courses.

You can achieve a BTec Intermediate Award (Level 2) in Programmable Logic Controllers by attending and undergoing assessment on one of the following courses. Course code in brackets.

ControlLogix Maintenance Part 1 (GBR1043)
ControlLogix Maintenance Accelerated (GBR1343)
SLC 500 Maintenance Part 1 and 2 (GBR1003 and GBR 1203)
PLC 5 Part 1 (GBR1021)
PLC 5 Accelerated (GBR1024)
PLC 5/SLC 500 Combined Maintenance (GBR1103)

A BTec Advanced Award (Level 3) in Programmable Logic Controllers can be attained by attending and undergoing assessment on one of the following higher level courses.

ControlLogix Maintenance Part 2 (GBR1243)
SLC 500 Programming (GBR1004)
PLC 5 Part 2 (GBR1221)

Pre-registration is required and this assessment will be given in lieu of the Post Course Test.
