Technical Support Centre Support Laboratory


The EMEA Technical Support Centres are equipped with a dedicated support laboratories, containing range of Rockwell products, both new and legacy products, to assist customers.

Support engineers are connected to the laboratory via an Ethernet LAN. Engineers can access the support equipment to assist you from their workstations. Alternatively, the engineers are equipped with mobile headsets, enabling them to work in the laboratory, whilst still speaking with you on the telephone.
