Rockwell Automation EMEA Technical Support Centres

The Support Centre provides post-sales technical support to Rockwell customers who subscribe to support services. The majority of Rockwell products are supported by the Centre, including:

• Rockwell Software
• Control & PLC products
• HMI Human Machine Interface
• Drives and Motion
• Entek condition based monitoring (English only)

Support is available during business hours (8am to 5pm) Monday to Friday local time in any of the following languages:

English Czech * Danish Dutch French * Support 8am to 4pm

German Italian Polish Spanish Swedish

In addition 24 hour support (in English) is available to customers subscribing to an appropriate contract.
