Rockwell Automation EMEA Technical Support Centres

The Support Centre provides post-sales technical support to Rockwell customers who subscribe to support services. The majority of Rockwell products are supported by the Centre, including:
Support is available during business hours (8am to 5pm) Monday to Friday local time in any of the following languages:
  • English
  • Czech *
  • Danish
  • Dutch
  • French
* Support 8am to 4pm
  • German
  • Italian
  • Polish
  • Spanish
  • Swedish

In addition 24 hour support (in English) is available to customers subscribing to an appropriate contract.
