Retaining Knowledge





Training skills - use them, reinforce them - or risk losing them.

Generally operatives and engineers attend training courses and return to the workplace with ready to apply their new skills. However, with the reliability of todays automation systems, it may be weeks or even months until they are required to use them.

Our Knowledge Retention programme prevents the loss of new skills acquired on a training course by constantly reinforcing them back at the workplace, options can be taken independently, alongside training courses, or integrated within an Asset Management contract.
